We store your submission with our website hosting provider for review of pilot fit and follow-up. We do not use the assessment form to enroll you in automated marketing texts or calls. Access to submissions is limited to people helping operate Second Yield and the service providers needed to host this site.

Your choices

You can request access to or deletion of the information you submitted by replying to a message from Second Yield. We will update this notice as additional website tools and contact channels are introduced.
